RESTAURANT PRIVACY AGREEMENT
This Privacy Agreement (“Agreement”) regulates privacy matters related to services provided by East West Cafe (“Restaurant”) through any physical venue operated by the Restaurant, website, mobile application, or other digital platforms, between the Restaurant and its customers.
- Information Collection and Usage
The Restaurant will use the information collected from customers for the following purposes only:
- Processing orders and delivery services.
- Addressing customer requests and providing customer support services.
- Communicating announcements such as promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Conducting statistical analyses for improvement and development purposes.
- Complying with legal requirements.
- Information Sharing
The Restaurant will not share or sell customer information with third parties. However, information will be shared only in compliance with legal obligations and outside the terms of this Agreement with the explicit consent of the customer.
- Security
The Restaurant will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of customer information. However, it cannot guarantee the complete security of information transmitted over the internet.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Restaurant may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance customer experience and improve service quality. Customers can reject cookies through browser settings, but it is important to note that some services may not function properly in this case.
- Changes
The Restaurant reserves the right to update this Privacy Agreement from time to time. Updates will be announced on the website or other platforms and will become effective on the date of implementation.
This Agreement constitutes an accepted agreement on privacy matters between the customer and the Restaurant. The customer acknowledges having read and understood this Agreement.
